Vada Pav

  • Boil 1 kg potatoes and mash it.
  • 1/2kg onions finely chopped
  • 2 Pc garlic
  • 1 tbsp of ginger
  • Chilli as per taste
  • 15 pc curry patta
  • 2-3 dry sukha red Mirch
  • Take a pan heat 3 tbsp of Mustard Oil add ginger garlic chilli paste, add curry patta n dry chilli too. Cook well
  • Add onions, mix well
  • Add 1 tbsp of haldi to it
  • Salt as per taste. cook well
  • Add 3 tbsp of Everest sambar masala to it
  • 1 n 1/2tspn of dry mango powder it to.
  • Put mashed potatoes to the paste
  • Make small tikkis
  • Heat tawa /pan well
  • Make all the tikki Tawa fry with little bit of oil.

Green Chutney

  • Make coriander chutney with dhaniya Patti green chilli and ginger.
  • Grind well add lemon and salt to it

Red Chutney

  • Dates 10 pc
  • Gur 1 bar
  • Tamarind 100 gms
  • Raisins 10 -20pcs
  • Put all in a Cooker boil it, drain it in a vessel.
  • Add 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1/2tspn chilli flakes to it.

Final Preparation:

  • Take a pav
  • Cut into half. On 1 side put green chutney and red chutney on the other side.
  • Put a tikki in between.
  • Heat the vada pav for 30 secs in microwave and serve it.
